I had purchased one 1 ton Window AC last month it was installed and runned for only three days after that AC is not cooling so we made complaint through Phone they visited us after four days and attended the complaint.they told there was gas leakage so we have fill gas and change the Compressor they ask us time for four days But 40 days passd away our m/c not ready till now.so pls help me.......

I had purchased one samsung 2 ton split AC on 12-05-2012. it was installed and runned for only one month, after that AC is not cooling so we made complaint through Phone they visited us and attended the complaint. again i complained on 02-08-2012, they told there was shortage of parts and till today 07-08-2012 there is no sign og their mechanic. But 6 days passd away our m/c not ready till now.so pls help me.......I am regretting to buy any samsung product.
