I purchased a doble door refrigerator from Samsung .But there is a problem of cooling and i made a complaint to Guwahati office .Service engineer came and replaced someparts and took service charge also;But the problem remain same.Inspite repeatedly complaint and same service engineer visited one more time.The refrigerator is not cooling.Request you rectify the same problem at the earliest
