Samsung India - I am not satisfied with the service of Shafa Engg for mySamsung washing machine

Poor @ delayed service of Samsung washing machine.
My washing machine has been taken to the service centre ,Shafa Engineering,New No 4, old no 042 A,39TH street,Korattur,Chennai-80 (phone No 044- ********)on 19-03-09, after cheking the machine by the Engineer,as there was noise while running and a chance of body cracked.Till to day, there is no positive reply from the service centre.Even though the machine is repaired as they told in the telephonic coversation, they are not ready to deliver the machine . Sometimes they donot pick the phone . Kindly do me a favour to get back my machine at the earliest. I am ready to take the machine ,even, if it is not repaired.

I share the same plight with my w/m for Samsung & Shafa Engineering. They are so arrogant and always give a cold response. My washing machine has still not been repaired the process of refund has been going on for the past 4 months.
