I purchased Samsung mobile(1282 MODEL) after some days later Samsung mobile got some technical problem.Then i went to Samsung care (Globle enginerring) situated in Greater Noida there was employe said me that there are some problem in my mobile and mobile must send to Service centre.
Sir i am facing many problem without my phone and Samsung service center situated in Greater noida is not repearied my mobile phone thats why i got mental disorder and harrasment.
i found this website today then i come to know this complaint box and i am messing or complaint you about my serious problem.
i hope that you consider my serious matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
Pl.help me and take effective measures to remove this problem from which i get the justice. Pl.help me and short out my problem.Thanks.

respected sir, i purchased on dated 9 aug 2013 samsung Galaxy S Dous model no.. GT-S7562 after some day later network not properly working on 2G sim Airtel, Vodafone then i went to go samsung Service centre, civil line jaipur - 302006 phone no... 0141- 2225728 there employe said me that server problem not a cel problem. I got mental disorder and harrasment by toll free no.. 1********1 and company abover service centre
