Samsung India - Very Bad Service of samsung Provide me Regarding my TV Problem

Dear Sir
I Post a compaint in Samsung Service Centre on 28 oct and comlaint no is ********85 but i don\'t get any resposnce after fost this complaint I call more than 10 Time to service centre only than the send their technician to repair the TV on 1st oct but the tecnician told me that i have to take some part of tv to my workshop and tomarrow i will place it in your tv after repair i agree with him and let him to take the Kit of tv. From that day to till the person not contact with me and never come to me Than what i have to do he is not rec my call also

I am Helpless becouse he Bring the parts and how to repair outside without those parts
I send one notice also to samsung Head office Delhi and Panipat Service Centre By Post But not Get any Reply
