I have bought a Sony Xperia Tipo Dual mobile by 28th November 2012 and I had touch and signal loss problems. I have gave the mobile to Sony Service Center, Chrompet, Chennai. They just did software upgrade and said that the problem has been rectified. After two days again signal drop on the mobile. Have dropped the mobile in the same Sony Service Center on 5th December 2012 , till now when ever I call them, they say that it will take some more time.
The Service center is also not good enough. Moreover the product from Sony is worst then any mobile phones. Sony is worst enough in products, may be they don't want to do business. I suggest you all not to buy any Sony products, if so you can go ahead and waste your worth money in this damp. They give one year manufacturer warranty and all the whole one year they have their mobile in their service center and at the end Sony will say there is no warrantee.
End I have lost my mobile in this crap deal. I am totally upset and frustrated with this filthy product from the untrusted brand SONY.
