SONY India - Sony not replacing my LCD.

My LCD screen of VAIO CS27GJ(model) started getting different colours line on bottom of the screen. The Sony service center executive told me i will get my screen in 4-5 days but i didn\'t get it. Then i again went to their office after 2 weeks and then they said i\'ll get my LCD in 10 days and today 10 days are over but still i haven\'t got any call from their office for my LCD.I hereby request you to accept my complaint and take strict action against them.
