How can the complaint status change to Solved when actually the problem is still unresolved??????????????
Bought a Sony Home theatre exactly one month ago from Reliance Mart,New Delhi.
Its\' sad to convey that the world class Brand(SONY) has transferred all its\' primary responsibilities like Demo & Installation in the hands of untrained people at Reliance Mart,Faridabad.
Even after calling so many times, the installation was carried out after one entire month and finally when the technician came, he had no tools as little as screws to fix the speakers.
After that when one of the speakers was not working which is still unrepaired ,the technician had no answer hut advised to contact SONY Centre.
Even contacting the Reliance Mart officials led to no conclusion.Even the North Zone head of Consumer Electronics Mr Rajendra and his colleague Mr Rajeev didin\'t came to rescue.
Finally am hoping that the CEO Mr BB Singh may listen but nobody provided his contact details.
Wake Up...................SONY INDIA & Reliance Mart,Faridabad before it is too late......

I unable to see the film through pen drive, I can listen songs, but unable to see the films, what type of formats it will support. please help .
