I purchased a Sony Digital camera T20 model from Indiatimes website with warranty and everything. On Sony website it was mentioned that picture quality is very good by showing picture examples taken by this camera.
But I tell you its a 8 megapixel camera and the picture quality is noisy, I have tried every setting and light but no results. Then some one told me that this camera cant take pictures more than 72 dpi, where as a normal canon camera produces 300 dpi pictures.
I tried contacting Sony customer care as well but no help from them. I requested them to take back this product and give a better one (on paying the difference amount) but they refused to do that.
Now if the similar scenario happeded in US they would love to change the product but why not in India?
This is not a failr practice.
