APPEAL to all disgruntled SONY BRAVIA TV Customers to Unite to fight injustice from SONY TV
Dear All,
WE ALL HAVE SUFFERED BECAUSE OF FAULTY TV'S FROM SONY. THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF COMPLAINTS ON THE INTERNET, BUT SONY TV DOES NOT CARE.
First there is either LED issue OR Motherboard issue, then panel needs to be changed. After spending thousands on the repairs, the warranty of repairs is just 3 months. We all have complained with SONY TV, in our respective states, and we all have faced the same problem that SONY does not respond, OR gives only 1 type of reply that the warranty is over and they cannot do anything.
Time has now come to unite and put up a joint fight against SONY in the consumer courts.
SONY TV people know that their consumers are not united, and individually they cannot fight against a giant like SONY.
They also know that people are busy, they do not have patience, and many are illiterate and therefore do not know what to do.
I hereby appeal to all the dissatisfied customer of SONY TV to send their complaints, with full details to me. The invoice no. and date, model no. What happened to your TV ? When ? How Sony is not responding. etc etc. Pl. send full story.
I am also suffering at the hands SONY service people. My TV was bought for Rs 70,000.00. I have changed entire mother board, (Rs 10,000), Power unit and they now want me to change the panel paying Rs 22,000.00
I assure you that on the basis of your joint complaints, I will lead the fight against them in the consumer court, and will try to get relief for all of us. Please spare some time, to at least teach a lesson to SONY TV.
