today April 17 2014 at 3 pm i went to shop and purchased note 3 neo from India - Maharashtra - Navi Mumbai - Vashi and the

person unpack the phone and putted scratch guard and all and the handset was looking ok because am using samsung sins 5

years so i never got any damaged issue i went out and than after 5 mints when i was using ma phone out side i saw a small

paint faint at the top corner i went to the shopkeeper and told him to get it replaced he said he cant do that he said

go to samsung service center if they will give a replacement letter than i can replace it than i went to service center

they said for this kind of issue they cant give letter for replacement only for technical issues they can help me than

again i went to shopkeeper my mood was totally off he said i am sorry he cant do any thing please tell me what to do now..

am attaching the image of damage portion please review and help me its a expensive phone and am a student please help
