I had bought a Samsung 51\" T.V. three years back. It is now under repair. I had informed the local Samsung Complaint Cell and registered the same. The C.No is U10F14001 but till now no one has come to attend the same. When contacted the Samsung local Complaint Cell there was no encouraging response from them. Their attitude is lethargic and callous. Can i get the same repaired atleast after lodging the complaint through this channel?

Complainant's Goal: I want to get it repaired immediately.
