I had bought samsung Galaxy S4 5 months back from sangeetha mobile(attached the bill)forum mall,kormanagala Bangalore.On the third month i started experiencing unusual heating issue, extremely poor battery backup and freezing issues took it to the authorized service center e mag solution marathahalli and got the mother board replaced under warranty. Unfortunately I dropped my phone down after a week and got the display broken actually a spider web on the screen, but everything was working fine even after that. Again I got it repaired for 6500 Rs because of the physical damage incurred at the same service center.
This time I made it very sure such an incident shouldn’t happen again and used a hard screen protector which would not render my display break at any cause and a hard back case which had enough grip to hold the phone.
On a fine day after a week off the repair while I was texting my friend on whatsapp, the display went blank suddenly and phone started heating up again. I tried taking a backup but the PC failed to detect the phone. And when I removed my SD card the phone started to cool down.
And I approached the same service center for the third time and what I heard from them was unbelievable. It seems my LCD has broken this time and I was asked to pay 6500 Rs again regardless the 7 months manufacturer warranty and 1 month repair warranty.
Samsung is the worst brand one can trust. I regret a lot spending 40000 Rs for this unworthy phone.
Please resolve my issue as it’s a genuine one ASAP. I lost all my contacts and important data’s due to this reason.
