WHEN I AGAIN COMPLAINT TO SAMSUNG AND TELL ABOUT MY PROBLEM THAN SAMSUNG AGAIN REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT AND GIVE ME COMP.NO.********72 COMPANY SENT ME ONE OTHER ENGG. NAME MR. MADAN CONTACT NO.********69. HE COME AND MISBEHAVE WITH ME . HE SAID THAT THIS PROBLEM CAN NOT SOLVED BECAUSE COMPANY HAS NO ORIGNAL CHIP OF THIS MODEL. WHEN MY TV NOT IN WORKING DUE TO THIS CHIP NOT ADJUSTED BY MY TV MODEL THAN I GIVE ANOTHER COMPLAINT COMPANY SEND HIS ENGINEER HE REPLACE ON PART ON 6.6.09 HE GIVE ME ANOTHER BILL OF RS.80/-. BUT PROBLEM IS NOT SORT OUT. MY TV AGAINT GIVE PROBLEM ON 8.6.09 I AGAINT REGITERED MY COMPLAINT TO SAMSUNG THAT PLEASE SORT OUT MY PROBLEM COMPANY GIVE ME ANOTHER COMPLAINT NO. ********72 ON 8.6.09 THAT A CALL TO ME BY SAMSUNG ENGINEER THAT COMPANY NOT PROVIDE US O.E.CHIP NO.IC8809-00441-B+-ZIC ZAT. WHEN COMPANY PROVIDE US THIS ORIGINAL CHIP THAT WE SORTOUT UR. PROBLEM OTHERWISE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. COMPANY AGAIN TRY TO REPAIR MY TV ON 1.7.09 BUT TV AGAIN FAULTY ON 15.7.09. I REGISTERED AGAIN COMPLAINT TO SAMSUNG ********72 DT. 15.7.09. BUT NO ENGINEER VISIT TO ME TILL 19.7.09.MY GOODLUCK COMPANY ENGINEER VISIT MY HOME ON 22.07.09 HE TAKEN MY TV TO THEIR WORKSHOP AND INSTALL MY TV ON 25.07.09. BUT AFTER HALF AN HOUR TV AGAIN CLOSED DUE TO PREVIOUS FAULT (OUT PUT TRANSITER SHORT) ENGINEER AGAIN VISIT TO MY HOME SAME DAY HE CHANGE ABOVE TRANSITER BUT AFTER 2 HOURS AGAIN TRANSTIER SHORT AND TV CLOSED TILL 29.07.09 NO ACTION TAKEN BY COMPANY TILL NOW.
