sir i have purchase a laptop from ITNET at kochin near to 10 month before. I rec laptop and some acceries like Bag , ear phone ect... First time i carry laptop in laptop bag in Dec from Ernakulam to jaipur . Then i came to kno that that bag is broke down near to the upper hand carrier ..then i become very upset and angry that a branded companny Samsung is supplying this type of Substandrad items to the custmers.sir this type of items make the company name Bad.........so i request you pls donot supply this type of defected and substandred items and dont make compony name bad and pls change my defected bag....
