I marked the below mail to the samsung as well as contacted several times to them but the problems are still the same. Please resolve the issue asap as I can't afford more time now.

Dear Team
With due respect I would like to state that I am suffering from a very serious issue regarding my phone (GALAXY R GT-I9103, S/N-RVBBA44002M) from a long time and got harassed several times by your service center.
Sir, I opted for this brand because of it’s value and support only. I was using my phone since 13/02/2012 up to 03/10/2012 in peace. But as I submitted my phone to the service center (SEC-27, SH NO 2,FF ROOPCHAND MARKET, NOIDA) on 04/10/2012 first time for software up gradation only, I lost everything including my peace of mind too. Hereby I am providing you the reasons behind it.
1. They submitted my phone for hanging issue on 4/10/2012.
2. After a few days (2-3), I visited again. They were returning my phone back with up graded software (as said by them).
3. I got my phone body tempered (as it was not repaired by proper instrument for sure) with a changed battery (as you can find that they had submitted my phone with battery on 04/10/2012 in job sheet). I denied to take my phone back and have lots of words with manager there. Then they gave me a new battery (which is with me) and asked for more days to change my cabinet.
4. Again I needed to visit service center and called them many times for the repairing status.
5. Meanwhile I got harassed mentally and physically which was not really acceptable and expectable in case of such a brand SAMSUNG.
6. Story doesn’t end here. I am not sure what they have done with my phone along with changing my cabinet , I got my phone back after 12-15 days of submitting the phone.
7. Because of this repairing issue, I got my phone completely dead on 3/12/2012 (not more than 1 and ½ month from the received repaired date). I was out of station and so I got my phone submitted again on 05/12/2012 in the service center after misguiding by them this time too. Till now my phone is in service center.
Sir, As warranty of my phone will expire on 12/02/2013, very less time from now. As my phone is in service center twice in 1 and ½ months only for 12-15 days first time and already 7 days past this time and still there. If the problem occur again after 2 months, you people will charge customer for the parts whereas it was due to fault of your technician and service center.
So, as keeping the value of your brand in mind I would like to request you to replace my phone. I don’t want this phone which is now habituated to visit service center every month and not less than 10 days each time.
