SONY India - Sony Xperia S problem since Bought the Product and Sony and Croma Cheating

Hi,

I have bought Sony XPeria S from Croma and after two mu=onth of purchase it started giving problem with touch screen and after 4 months of purchase I gave it to Croma for rectification and cam to know that there was software issue, though there was issue with touch based on false information , though they did not disclose the details I accepted the same set and after some time it started giving problems with Mike and when I submitted the set again to Croma they are saying it is out of warranty , It was told to me that when the set goes to service center , they increase the warranty period for one month and now when I asked that the problem will not resurface they are assuring but there is no written proof of what they are replacing and whats going on. I want the cell to be replaced. Please let me know how I can proceed on the same. Also to preserve the consumers from these frauds done by companies there should be some clear guidelines, Each time set goes to servie center they do not disclose what is wrong and when customer asks some thing they either create a new policy or say it is not covered under the policy, these companies should be sued.

Please let me know how to proceed.

I have already sent a note to your mail Id with my phone number (********00) a week ago, also the customer care in bangalore is worthless , does not give any efforts to customer problems and would suggest customers to avoid purchasing from Croma.
When it comes taking money then it's croma and when it comes to service they simply take their handpff by Saying whatever company's Service center is going to say we will listen to that, then why we will buy from Croma, we will directly go to product company and bypass the middlemen which should save cost for us also.
