This is my final complaint to Sony regarding my Xperia Z1 repair (Job id- w1140********). I have submitted my cell at Immortal Services, laxmi nagar which is your service center o 1st June 2014 and today is 25th June I still haven't recieved my cell.....m just tired contacing ur service center people, customer support and corporate office in Mathura Road....I am a govt. official working for human rights commision of India...If u guys will not revert to this complaint within 1 day trust me I will sue Sony India on national level.....I will not only sue you in consumer courts but also make sure that i will contact the ministry of industry and commerce of India regarding the poor services and the fraud which sony is doing with customers.
