Again getting new date from Sony service center, I mean is this some kind of game? Are you kidding me?
Called customer support and as per Job details, SAP is approved and device is ready to replace. But when? Don’t you have any TAT for job?
Will anybody please call me or text me? are you entertaining this mail or not? No revert from anybody?
Should I reach Mr. Jatinder Sachdev or Mr. Pavan Chada or Mr. Anil Sethi? Or if somebody else has joined and reading me, please respond.

Subject: Pathetic Customer service and After sale service
Dear Team,
I just want to share the feedback that I am receiving from your service center at AKD tower, sec 14, gurgaon. This is really pathetic service given by the members available there, after purchasing phone from gurgaon store I am really sick with the services, nobody cares about the time I am spending in doing follow up calls,
First phone software got corrupted with in almost a month after purchasing and now when Mr. TAJ committed with the Job no. W114011603259
As new piece will be given on 24th jan, nothing has been received, called again and got new date as on 28th jan phone will be given and now again today new date is being communicated. As phone will come on 30th jan.
Do you really think that customer have enough time for your fake commitments? In present world where after sales service can only retain your customers, are you really ready for such idiotic expressions? I think you don’t believe as customer pays your salary. You are just doing daily routine work. That’s simple pathetic. I am not going to recommend Sony product to any one known to me now.
Please confirm the correct time line so that I should not have any more reason to go further action.

I Agree with his your comments, even i am suffering the same case as my Experia C was also a manufacturing defect and i show that sim slot pin shaking while giving my hadset but service centre is denying and this customer care is playing fool by giving the dead dates. now atlast they have shown that they need money Rs. 1200/- to replace teh Sim slot after a 22 days.
