I bought my xperia c near about a month ago and in about 1 week it had a problem of downloading,no apps from the play store were able to download, sony service centre resolved the problem by formatting my phone and giving the reason it was not updated ,But after 2 weeks its power button was not working and I was not able to lock the phone and do any function related to power button.This is harassment to a customer and cheating by the company,i have made many calls to customer care but no body's resolving the matter.

On 21st Dec 2013 I have re resubmitted my mobile for 3rd time in last 12 days in Ccom service centre in Thane for the same issue as mentioned in appended mail.
We have requested the service centre representative to replace the faulty handset as they were not able to repair the same.
Today i.e on 23rd Dec 2013 I have received call from sony service centre that the handset has been repaired.
Request you to please ask the service centre to recheck the handset again for the issue and confirm, because if the same problem exist again I will not leave the service centre until they provide me new handset replacement.
I greatly appreciate your help.

With referance to the tailed mail. I have resubmitted my mobile for second time for the same issue on 14 Dec 2013 at CCom service centre in Thane.
Service centre called me on 19 Dec 2013 and said they had resolved the issue by changing the mother board. so I collected the Sony xperia C. But again today i.e on 20 Dec 2013. The handset is having same issue the screen automatically turns black and does not light up again due to which I was enable to see the screen and also not able to disconnect the phone.
So this is final request to you to please to give me my money back and take your faulty handset

I had purchased Sony Experia C on 31st Oct 2013. And we noticed in 2 to 3 days that sometime there was issue in the mobile that when I called someone the screen automatically turns black and does not light up again due to which I was enable to see the screen and also not able to disconnect the phone.
So we(myself and my wife) had visited the sony service centre in Thane- Ccom Telecommunications Pvt.Ltd. on 9 Dec 2013 at 6.15 pm in the evening by taking half day leave from my work. And requested the service centre to look at this issue but we were not entertained by the service centre by saying that they except new complaints only from 10.30 to 6 pm.
So again on 11 Dec 2013 I visited the service centre in morning at 10.30 am and submitted my mobile after explaining the issue. I was told that the issue will be resolved and so I received mail and call on 12 Dec 2013 from service centre that the mobile issue has been resolved and now it is working fine. So I collected the mobile on 11 Dec 2013.
But again from 12 Dec 2013 I am facing the same problem that when I called someone sometimes the screen automatically turns black and does not light up again due to which I was enable to see the screen and also not able to disconnect the phone.
Now today again I have to visit the service centre by taking a leave/half day leave from my office.
So request you to please replace this faulty piece and provide me with new Handset.
