Dear Sir,
1) I have purchased a sony bravia LED TV( 32 inches, Model No: KDL32W670, Serial no: 5392297, date of purchase: 09.11.2013, Invoice no: 1301208597) Rs.42,000, valid upto december 2014.
2) just after 4 months of purchase of led tv, I found some black lines on the display.. later it spreads maximum part of the display. we logged a complaint in sony service center, they came and told that the display is broken, but i can't accept it. Because .
3) I wanted a long to buy a SONY TV and I had saved money for it for a long time and I bought it. The technician who came for service told that it may cost about Rs.22,000 to change the display. but i cant pay the amount since the tv has been bought only before 4 months. the warranty period is not yet expired.
4) I bought it through installment and it is not completed yet then how can i spend that much of amount to change the display.
5) So, please help me to enjoy the real picture of SONY. I BELIEVE you will solve my problem as soon as possible.
