Dear Sir,

I am a victim of fraud done by SONY to its consumer.

I have given my Sony Vaio laptop to Sri Kara service centre, Begumpet Hyderabad on 26.10.13 for HDD problem, which was under Warranty period. They assured me that it will be replaced in 2 days. But even after 1 month they didn’t get the HDD replaced. They are just making fake promises that it will be done in a day or two but the promises were not fulfilled. So I complained to the higher authority due to which they replaced the HDD on 23.11.13 saying that it is new one. But I got a doubt as HDD had scratches on it. So, I got it checked it with my technician who confirmed that its used one and was even corrupted. Sony has done fraud with me by giving me damaged parts and providing wrong information. Even Asian Electronics, Punjagutta, from whom I bought the laptop are not giving any response.

My whole business is dependent on computer and now due to SONY's fraud and irresponsibility I am incurring losses of huge amount.

I want SONY to replace my Laptop immediately.
