I have submitted my phone Sony xperia miro (ST23i) TWO MONTH back at the Sony Service Center at Brahmapur (excellent care),ODISHA.
They have the phone with them all the time ;I have approached them several times and they are saying that the handset is faulty one and NOTHING can be done to it. They are saying that I will get a NEW PHONE but they are not delivering it to me... just saying wait for some more days ... It is WITH IN WARRANTY period. I have also contacted their senior officials at Bhubaneswar and they are not helping either . even I sent mail to Somc_serviceindia@sonymobile.com
but still I am waiting for my mobile
