I complained for my Sony bravia 32inch TV in first week of September,, no body was coming to de-install & take it ,, after many reminders, i had to deliver the TV my self to your South extn Club electronincs center .
we tried calling them endlessly,, but to reach there phone was a mammoth task,, they dont pick up there phone at all,,,
On good day after about three weeks some body wanted to see the receipt , and said you will get a call from Sony office,
Which neverrrrrr happened,,,
I kept on calling your customer care nos. repeatedly after about three weeks,, holding for hours & transferring between different departments ,, always ended with, some body will cal you back today,,,
That today never happened,,,,,,
We were highly upset off with this attitude...
My wife Annu could talk to some junior person from service center casualy saying,, your TV cant be repaired, you can take back and you may get 25% off in your new Sony buy.
I did not take it seriously, and as was told,, waiting for the SONY office to come back to me,, which neverrrrrrr happened.
Finally with all the pain/anger i could reach some body called Bhavna, she was able to give me the same news of 25% off.
I had bought this Bravia TV for 62000 on 3.6.2007 and was maintained in excellent condition.
I would prefer to have my old TV repaired or replaced back.
Not interested for lolly pop of 25% .
Can some one senior take up this case and justify the situation pls.
My foolishness, again i bought a sony bravia TV on 4.9.13 from Reliance digital.
It about two months now, hundreds of mails written to them, hundred of call given to them but no body is ready to respond?????
