i bought samsung digital camera MODEL PL-150 NUMBER 134NC90Z400513 on 12/6/10 from samsung plaza at jalandhar vide retail invoice NO 690 .On facing some problems in charging ihanded over the camera at CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE 6,green park opp. idbi bank , cool road , jalandhar.The lady sitting on the counter assured me the camera will be handed back to me with in a week but nothing happened so. One month is going to passed on but no body from samsung side is willing to give even status report of camera .the behaviour of manager cum staff is arrogant. i repeated my greivences to samsung customer care at noida[BP no ********31],but all gone in vain. Now i realise my mistake in purchasing this samsung product spending Rs.11990/- SHAME ON SAMSUNG .t
