As we have purchased Sony Bravia, KLV40EX4301N5 for worth RS.50,000/-, Screen got collapsed within the warranty, where we filed a complaint in sony service centre- 16500846, in the month of November 2013, this is january 2014, still we have not got the Sony TV replaced, and also there is no response from the service center, after they confirmed that they will replace TV with the model No. KLV 40R, kindly consider and do the needful, as we are suffering a lot after spending 50,000/- to one of the branded company.
