Dear Sir/Madam,

I brought Samsung S-3500 mobile phone on 27/07/2009 from Spice mobile store, spice mall, Noida sector 21, by paying Rs. 6500. It is slide phone.
One year warranty is provided.

Just after one week display problem occurred and then phone got dead. I submitted phone to CEE EMM solutions, sector 18, Noida on 08/08/2009.
Explained about problem.
Service center people opened phone and said this is motherboard problem and will be replaced in 1 week.After 1 week i got the reply that they don\'t have motherboard and will take time, so another week i have to wait, again i contacted them about the status, and same reply i got that was,still motherboard haven\'t reached to them so they need one more week.
when i have contacted samsung customer care, they said they have no information about this and same will be resolved by CEE EMM service center.
for last 45 days i have become a joker as i going there and returning back with nothing but an assurance that mobile will be given back soon.
I am using a standby mobile borrowed from my friend for last 45 days.
Please take action against the faulty service of service center.
