I support this complaint. I am facing same problem with my Top Loading Fully Automatic 6.5 kg Washing Machine of Samsung ( WA80HAG/XTL). The front control panel is faulty and Samsung Support Engineer's are saying the model is obsolete and part not available. I have purchased the W.Machine in May, 2007. It had gone faulty in July 2010 and I have registered complaint with Samsung Helpline on 05-07-2010 twice and local service centre has cleared the complain.

I support this complaint. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCT. Clearing the complain in my earlier comment means " Simply removing the complain from helpdesk that PART NOT AVAILABLE". I have two more products of SAMSUNG at my home. I am waiting for a positive reply from SAMSUNG TOP MANAGEMENT. This is a classic case of "UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE".
