You might be selling world's best technology for mobile phones but you have worst customer service and even worse customer satisfaction.
I've purchased S3 few months before and I noticed that there was a crack on screen after some time.Eventually,it grew to the extend that my handset stops working and samsung is refusing it to repair under warranty even after explaining my handset situation.
I've seen online,few users have complaint about the same issue all around the globe and even after showing them proof they are not ready to repair it under warranty..
I feel cheated,looted.My hard earned money is wasted and the handset is of no use to me...
SAMSUNG SCREW YOU....I'll never ever ever ever purchase any samsung handset.

I do agree with the complainer because I purchased 19082 Galaxy grand only 3 moths ago which has problem of hanging as well switching off time to time and the complainer cell email does not exist
