Dear sir,

My complaint no. is ********51 dated 14.07.2012 regarding washing machine not working proper due to water leakage.

This machine was purchase on 10.03.2012 from Samsung delar ELECTRONIC NEED address Tawru Road Pataudi, Phone no. 01242672892, against bill no. 01887 dated 10.03.2012.

I am continuous followup with customer care center & I got answer every time that your machine will be running up to tomorrow morning. But complaint was same pending from last 10 days.
Kindly help me.
