I purchased a Samsung Tab2110 on 14 Aug 2013 from Sangeetha Mobiles Pvt Limited and started giving trouble (i.e) not getting charged etc. Later the screen got damaged. Whn I approached the dealer he advised me to go to Samsung Service center at Kukatpally. On 13-04-2014 the saervice person said that the tab screen broken , the is no physical break any where but while switching on it is showing as dazziling screen, and he said that it is chargeble and said the cost is 5700.00. After repair they charged me 6150 stating that speaker also replaced. There is no intimation to me in this regard. I wnt to know what for these people are giving warrenty. I do agree if any physical damage is not covered under warrenty, but there is no physical break for the screen and also no physical damage. Even the speaker which is insde the tab failed is chargable?. Even now the tab is not getting charged more than 1% even it kept for charging for hours togther.

This is the service provided by Samsung.

I am very much unhappy with the service provided by TIRUMALA Commmunication, Kukaptally,Hyderabad.

I have bought a Samsung Galaxy S duos few days back. and now there is no internet connectivity inspite of following all the procedures told by service provider and available on internet.
I regret buying a SAMSUNG Handset... No doubt other brands are much much better compared to it..
