Hello Sir,
This is complain against the Samsung service center, Kota (Rajasthan).
My one side of the ear plug was not working so for that service center guy told me that there is some water at the place of Jack .So I left it over there.
When I got it back my Screen also stop working after questioning them that when I gave this to you, there was just the problem with one ear plug now the screen is not getting displayed.
They try to convince me by saying that water is at the screen also, then I questioned them that if the water was in whole mobile why everything was working .He was unanswered at that time so I took my mobile back and showed it to another local shops according to them there is no water problem.
Sir , Service center people made the condition of my mobile more worsen rather than repairing it .In fact this is not the first time, once service center guy refused me to repair my one mobile by saying that it’s not repairable and it was repaired very easily by the some other local repair shop.
How can you allow those kind of untrained people at the service center, it loose the believe in the brand like Samsung
