I dont know if this is the correct place where i can make people aware of this. I am sorry to say from my experience that samsung service is terribly bad. I am running after a camera which i gave 3 months ago in one of the service centers in bangalore. Still they havent return it. i call them every 3 days to hear that they wil cal me back with the status. then they will never call me. again i have to call them. I called the customer care number 0********82. I called them 4 times so far. still they havent rectified my issue. i atleast want my camera back. I am so sorry to know that it happens only in india. They are so irresponsible. There is no proper escalation mechanism. Now in my last call to the customer care, I am told that they will call me by 12 pm today. 12 pm is over now. noone has responded. I am so frustrated. If anybody know a better way to resolve/escalte this issue please let me know.

Promised that my issue wil be resolved by this friday. At the end i am seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. someone can not be so irresponsible and cruel to one's customer.
