Dear Sir,
I have purchased a 32 " LCD TV from Reliance Digital on 26 oct"2008 of model SAMSUNG-LCD_32A5-W/M as I was told that Samsung is leader in LCD.Samsung even is better than Sony.All of sudden my TV stopped working properly in month of september 2010,then I lodged a complain to Samsung,complain No. ********66..Now your person after visit has informed me that its Display is not workig and needs to be replaced which cost will be 17000 Rs with one month guarantee.
I fail to understand how such a reputed company can supply LCD which vital parts stops working just after warranty period ,which is a big question of credibility on such a big multinational company of repute.It is definitely a point of retrospection for the manufacturer to see that there may be inherent defect which manifested just after warranty period is over. I am sure this can not be intentional but at the same time investor should not be penalised for this.Customer should not be put in a situation to desist self and ask others To BEWARE OF SAMSUNG PRODUCT. Sir,I am a serviceman who arranged with great difficulty a handsome sum of Rs 45000/ to fulfill his desire to go for LCD.I therefore request you to kindly rectify my LCD at your end at the earliest so that I am not put in more inconvenience . Awaiting your early reply.
