Samsung India - Samsung Mobile SCH-B259 poor quality of battery and poor customer service.

I bought New Samsung CDMA mobile SCH - B259 on June 16, 2009, from the very first day, its battery is having problem. Battery gets discharge in One day (with out use).

I have given Mobile handset to Service center, Cell Solution, Domlur, Bangalore for 10 days but problem is not resolved. Now Service center manager again asking me to give it for another 10 days for servicing. She is again telling the same solution which she told first time.

Samsung Customer Support is unable to do anything, they are telling me to go to the same service center.

Complainant's Goal: Samsung Mobile SCH -B259 product quality and service is extremely bad.

I support this complaint. I have CDMA PHONE model : SCH-F309
FCC ID:A3lschf309. I have put samsons battery the current is getting down withen few minutes, I showed it to service center in Kandivili, Mumbai. They could not diagnosis the problem. Please let me know which service center will be able to handel this problem.
