I, Suhas Patekar owned Samsung microwave 32 liters. I have purchased this on 19-Dec-2010 with the amount 14000 with warrenty of 5 years. Next day the person from Samsung came for installation/demo. That time we came to know that the piece we got is faulty. It has unbearable noise when started. After his advise we raised the complained with customer care. The service engineer also came and addressed the issue. And he too confirmed that the piece is faulty and we should get replacement. Even he took the photocopy of invoice bills for further process and assured us that we will get new piece in a week.
This is all happened in quick week.
The issue has started then after when I raised this with Samsung customer care for replacement (complaint no ********57). I am not joking but I am calling them twice a day and asking about the status but each and every time the person at other side promised me that I will get call in 12 hrs but till now I have not received any call. Now it’s about 1 month passed and I am holding a faulty piece after paying 14k bucks.
Note: I am expected to explain my entire problem to each and every person I talk to. And mind you – each time I speak to a different person.
It’s really pathetic experience for me. I am spending my lot of time to explain the issue and have found myself in mental harassment but then also nothing had happen. The purpose of buying the microwave is washed off. We missed festivals and birthdays to use it.
Kindly look into the matter and help me out
