But unfortunately till today 20th Sep.2010 no one has called us or no one has attained this complain so, now we don't understand the service level of Samsung India.
Please do the needful for the same as immediate and anticipation of this email.

Refer to the earlier email Dated 12th August 2010 and on-line complaint No.
********86 also personal discussion had with technical Dept. Engineer Delhi &
after personal visit of your engineer at our place and the said LED TV was found
faulty and as per the Telephonic commitment by your Delhi Based Technical
Engineer that to Replace the LED TV and install the new TV but unfortunately
till today Samsung India has not taken any action and company has not fulfill
it's commitment and i, as common man after spending 1'15'000 has lost the faith
on company and it may force me to approach to the Consumer Protection for the
same because since the day one of installation company is just giving us falls
promises and trying to resolve the problem while fix-up the Sellotapes on
Rs. 1,15,000 speakers.
I would like to request you to resolve the issue within 48 Hrs. other wise
company may force me to approach to the Respected Consumer Court.

Dear Sir,
Refer to the above complaint no. ********86, i have bought LED Television 40" on
Dt. 25th Sep. 2009 and since day one there is sound problem and for that i have
registered complaint to the company and engineer has told us it will be resolved
automatically but unfortunately till today problem remain same.
Again i have registered the complaint on 9th August 2010 and customer care/
Technical dept. executive has commit us that, the Sr. Engineer will come on the
same day till 8 pm but unfortunately till today Dt.12th August 2010 no one has
turnedup or contact us from the Samsung customer Care.
We would like to inform you that we have spend Rs. 115,000/- for Samsung LED TV
with hope of getting better product and services from Samsung but it has proved
wrong with us.
I hereby sincerely request you to resolve the said issue as immediate and it you
feel the perticular LED TV is dificted please replace at earliest.
Awaiting for you prompt action and cooperation for the same.
