Samsung doesn't deliver on their hugely advertised offers on LED TVs'
I would like to lodge a complaint against deficiency of Service from SAMSUNG idea. Primarily non-delivery of goods after 2 months of purchase.
On January 26th, 2011 I have purchased a Samsung 46" TV from Adishar India Ltd, Banjara Hills Hyderabad.
Invoice Number: 4010-2270
Amount: Rs 1,22,500/-
The model number as per invoice is UA46C7000.
After about 2 months of purchasing this item, I have yet to receive the advertised accessories. These are, Blu Ray DVD, Some DVD titles, A WAN adapter and two 3-D glasses. All these items or on my invoice.
Adishwar India Ltd, made many promises, so did Samsung sales head, Anup in Hyderabad.
Meanwhile Samsung continues to heavily advertise and hoodwink customers about the bonus material coming with their higher priced TVs. It is a shame that Indian government and public lets this happen.
