I have purchased a 40" LCD TV in November 2009, after approx 1 year it started giving some complaints, later is used to work as usual. Now the picture started showing like Negative film picture. When I complained one Samsung Engr came and said the Panel has to be replaced which cost up to Rs 20,000/=. It seems it is a manufacturing problem of the TV and Samsung is claiming to pay this big amount for repair, which is purely cheating.
I can pay up to Rs 5,000/= for the repair, but not more than that for a TV which is not ever 4 year old. Samsung need to provide me a solution for this.

I've purchased ES80 camera in that motherboard having problem. When I went to service center they tell you want to pay service charges for the reparing, since it is in warranty period.

It seems it is a manufacturing problem of the TV and later executive called and at that time engineer is not accepting his words which he spoke near me. How can a 2 year old telivision face this problem?
Samsung need to provide me a solution for this.
