I have bought Samsung LCD TV, series 4 on 31 Jan 2011. And now exactly after an year of purchase I found screen has gone off.
When contacted the customer care, the engineer told me screen needs to be replaced. And it will cost me some 12k. this is something I cannot pay. It is very huge amount for me.
I have purchased it for 31k, after a long time of saving money. ïŒ but useless.
Iam shocked to see, iam not the only one having this problem. People like me are plenty, and having this issue with Samsung since 2009. Screen going off exactly in an year. Please use google to see what people say about your product.
Iam sorry to say but I would not have bought Samsung LCD if I would have seen these reviews earlier.
After all this all I can request is please help me with some discounts so that I can get my screen replaced.
Also I would request you to upgrade your product, don’t bring bad name to your brand. It won’t help you in long run. Iam also working in a corporate and this way, even I won’t recommend my people to buy Samsung.
ïŒ sad, but true. Zero value for money.
