non availability of spare parts
I have purchased a samsung 21 slim model color TV in july 2008.I lodge a complaint having complaint no. ********59 in the month of february for non working of the television.An engineer visited and told that the IC No. 1215 is damanaged and assured us to repair the same and quote 500-600 rs. as repairing cost.I again logded complaint on 4th april 2011.But after calling again and again the engineer replied that the above said IC is not available in stock so I have to get change the whole mother board which costs around 2500/-.I want to know why i will pay Rs. 2500/- The fault is of samsung as the part is out of stock from their end.
