Dear Sir,
I have brought samsung E1410 from Poorvika Mobiles private Limited Invoice no 13333 dated 23/05/09.IMEI No: 35********99514. After purchase i found that i was not able to save songs directly to memory card. I sent this query a mail to samsung customer care i got a reply from them to update software from Hitech solutions Anna nagar, nearly i wasted one day there After updating software i am able to save in memory card directly now ,but IMEI no is shown as 0000000000/0 00 and today i got a message from BSNL that my handset is not having IMEI no and asked to change the mobile or else liable for disconnection. Now its not even showing network.
And when i switch off and on i get message that \"user fault on illegal trial!\" please solve this, know i am not able to use my handset. Really I am fed up by samsumg mobile. Still now i didnt get reply from Samsung regarding this
I have once again given my mobile for service at hitech solutions for writing IMEI no on 11 July they informed me that mobile will be ready on 16/07/09 but on Saturday 18/07/09, when spoke to them they are telling that they are not able to write IMEI no, they are going to send to bangalore for Rewrite it may take more than 10 days. there is no use to speaking to them and customer care executives they are not able say wats the problem is. please revert back to this mail wen my mobile will be ready or else give me replacement for this mobile.Wat should i do every time i go to service i have to take leave and then go to check the status they dont reply properly through phone i have to travel more than 1 hr from palce please give me solution ASAP.
