I got my Samsung fridge repaired from Perfect Service Centre on 14-03-10. The Fan motor and the Defrostmotor were replaced. Warranty was given for 01 year, but the fridge has stopped working since last one week. I spoke to the service centre and lodged my complaint. The service engineer promised to come over , but did not turn up. I have been trying to speak on no. ********46, but they refuse to pick up my call. The OIC is requested to direct these unresponsive guys to act and keep there words.
