We brought an air conditioner 1 year back and the company was supposed to provide us 3 free services in that year but they never attended our air conditioner and in-spite of call the service center and putting our queries and complaint they took very little care about the service until major problem occurred in our air conditioner.
Kindly take actions required to improve the service
Your sumsung service center in chennai is manned by the most disgusting team o f men who do not care to show proper courtesy nor professionalism in dealing with customer complaints. It is pure lethargy of your personnel that they did not attend to the AC equipment we had purchased last year. They have NOT attend the calls made during the warranty year and the only time they attend was to display a very causal attitude in hearing the customer complaint. With this sort of kindness extended to me from your services, I am sure you will see a downfall of your clientele in the days to come.

is yet to be completed fully with one screw not yet in place (The mechanic does not seem to understand that he is quickening the next breakdown because of his carelessness).
