After two days of contacting the Samsung Customer service, for repairing my new window Air Conditioner, nobody from Samsung has contacted me and there was no response from them. Every time I call the customer service, I am assured that the service engineer will turn up today. But it has not happened. I don\'t expect such service from Samsung India.
