Replacement of cell phone under warranty

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform my cell phone was brought on 12-OCt-2013 and started having problem with Powerbutton and camera, after two months. took it to to service centre Vigneshwar services (Sony Authorized service center) Bangalore with complaint for Powerbutton and camera not working the complaint was raised.

But after few days i had same problem and took to the same service centre and they replaced the motherboard for powera button and also camera (Job No:W114021203782).

Again yestereday i started facing the same problem i am frustructed with the phone as well has the service centre people, i am not able to use the phone properly

So, I request you all to please consider it as a high priority and request you to please replace my phone under warranty.
please do the needful for replacing cell phone .
