SONY India - No timelines for a repair of new laptop within warranty period

I bought a laptop from Delhi on 8 July 2013, the model number is SVF14212SNB, serial number is 0003744. The machine was found completely dead without any reason. I have submitted the machine to the Service Centre TECKNO PLAZA (Address: CD-96, Sector 1, Salt Lake, Kolkata 700064) on 25th October. The job reference number allocated for the same is J32070141. Till date, I do not have any update on the purchase of spare part which is required for the proper functioning of machine.

I kept enquiring about the status from both Service Centre and customer service, but no one has a clue on the ETA for arrival of spare part and end resolution.

Extermely bad customer service that too for a new machine which is four month's old.
