Dear all,

This my third mail to you regarding service and bad experiences of service support.

This is third time your representative visited to my home regarding service of refrigerator and each time your representative diagnose with new problem with new estimate and increase amount of service.

Yesterday engneer visited and confirm me charge of 1800 rs and i finalized that amount but today some another machine visited and diagnose new thing and asking more amount Rs 4000 for repair. It mean mach inc are more intelligent then your engineers.

How this is possible that refrigerator cost was Rs 9600 and now its maintenance charge without compressor is Rs 4000 ?

Now i am going to knock door of Consumer form and started mouth publicity of your bad product (refrigerator & TV) which i am suffering bad experiences from date of purchase and its after sales service.

for your kind information my previous mail is attached regarding complain with in four month of purchase.

Dear sir,

I have complain about not cooling of my fridge to your customer care and they send machin to my home.
After diagnosing he found that compressor is not working and gas is discharged so he demand for 1800 Rs for all this repair work.

i denied for repair and call local machinc for dig nose he found only compressor is fail and need to fill gas.

I want to check my refrigeration checked by some engineer and if my compressor is fail then its comes to under warranty.

From very first day i am facing this problem in refrigeration and complained many time , all the mails regarding complain is attached below this mail.

Kindly request to solve my problem as soon as possible.

I was really fed up with regular complain regarding my refrigerator which was not working properly since last one month . Its cooling is not effected since I purchased this product . one day I put ice-cream in friger then I realized my icecream was melt with in half an hour then complaint to dealer . he send engineers
Who changed thermostats but my problem still not solved .

After few day my refrigerator totally stoped working . I was complaint to service center they came and checked it and found that compressor was failed.

Dear sir request is that I want to change my refrigerator and give me a new one because with in six month I don’t want any replacement of spare parts . I need only new one refrigerator.

With kind requet is that please solve my problem as quick as possible
