Samsung India - REFUND OF DAMAGED PRODUCT AND PROTECTON OF CONSUMERS

NON REFUND OF MONEY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCT NOTICED BEFORE USE

Bought SAMSUNG Rfrigerator , Modelno. RT 354YBUX, ON19/8/09, against cash payment. Mr. D. R.Verma dealt us at show room, raised bill and took payment and promised for delivery.
A) Firdge was suppose to be delivered by 5 P.M. (during day),it was supplied after dusk ( after 8p.m.), depacked an plugged by their delivery person , instructed do not use till Engineer visits next day i.e. 20/8/09 and it was followed
B) On 20/8/09,engineer visited and noticed it is damaged,he unplugged the fridge and telephoned in the Company(SAMSuNG) and gave us compliant number as BP ********5.
C) Another person from SAMSUNG visited shortly, and confirmed the damage, and took away the report and gave same number (BP********5).
D) Contacted Mr Rajive of SAMSUNG, who arranged for another Fridge and that was Damaged to very great extent, which immediately they(Delivery man) took it back.
E) Since it happened repeteadly and we never used the product , asked Mr. D.R.Verma (of Dealer) as well as Mr.Rajive (of SAMSUNG), to take back their product and refund us the entire money Rs.21600+200=21800.
F)Now we are left high and dry, whole family spent good time in searching contact numbers contacting,in appraising besides agony and mental torture.
G )We now need our money back and suitable action with such companies/Dealers/persons, who just to make money doing unethical things.
I will be highly obliged for doing the needfull and also guide me any further action required at my part.
Needless to mention I am a retired person and I have certain physical problem.
