sir/madam,

i had purchased a samsung Ac window. it is out of warranty now but it was not cooling. so i raised a complaint in samsung helpline, the engineer came and said that AC gas is leaking and took ac and returned after 3 days on 28/03/2010. but still ac is not cooling and they have taken a sum of 1765/- Rs. and the problem is still there.i called up the call centre again and raised a complaint the complaint number is ********87 on saturday which was 10/04/2010 and they promised that the engineer would come on saturday itself but no one came. it is 13/04/2010 and still no one has come to rectify the same.

thet have charged me the money but no one has come till now. and ac still not working.
inspite of repeatedly calling them up, they make false promises.

either they should rectify it or pay me back rs 1765/-.i have the bill for the same.
